Real Estate

The lawyers in our firm practicing real estate law are able to provide expertise in real estate development and transfers. In response to current needs, we also provide advice in the areas of environmental and land use law. Lawyers from our Litigation or Bankruptcy Departments are brought in when necessary.

Our attorneys can provide beginning to end services for any real estate transfer. We have the capacity to hold bank and title insurance company approved closings in our office, and issue title insurance binders and/or policies simultaneously within the office whenever required.

We advise clients on how to avoid bankruptcy, but if bankruptcy proceedings become necessary, our attorneys have the knowledge and experience to handle them successfully. When necessary, our real estate lawyers and litigators will contribute their talents to achieve the best possible result.
