Attorney Bethony Appointed to Advisory Committee on the Maine Rules of Appellate Procedure

Attorney Joseph Bethony has been appointed by the Maine Supreme Judicial Court to serve on the Advisory Committee on the Maine Rules of Appellate Procedure. The Court established this Committee, which consists of nine attorney members from throughout the state, on May 9, 2016. Among the Committee’s efforts are a restyling and simplification of the Appellate Rules.
