On Thursday, May 25, 2017, attorney Steven Mogul spoke at a press conference sponsored by the Natural Resources Council of Maine (NRCM) regarding proposed budget cuts to the Environmental Protection Agency. Steven was joined by five other speakers each of whom discussed various EPA programs that would be cut. Steven spoke about cuts that would eliminate the Non-Point Source Pollution program which helps to reduce the effects of run-off into Maine’s lakes, ponds, rivers and streams.
