Philip K. Clarke (of Counsel, Florida Only)

Philip K. Clarke was born New York City, New York in 1956.  He was admitted to Florida Bar in 2002, the Maine Bar in 1988, the U.S. District Court for District of Maine in 1988 and the Massachusetts Bar in 1989.

Mr. Clarke’s education includes attending Boston College (B.A. History, Magna Cum Laude, 1978) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1988). As for previous employment, Mr. Clarke served as a staff member for the Suffolk Transnational Law Journal from 1986-1987 as well as a Technical Editor from 1987-1988.  He has also served as a member of the Florida Bar, Maine Bar and Massachusetts Bar.

Mr. Clarke is currently working towards his LL.M. degree in International Law & Business at Stetson University Law School. He has contributed to a number of published articles in legal publications and been involved in a number of reported decisions, including Estate of Hazel Chapman Kidik v. Chapman, 577 A.2d 775 (Me. 1990); Bakala v. Town of Stonington, 647 A.2d 85 (Me. 1994); and Estate of Carl Reed, 681 A.2d 460 (Me. 1996). Lastly, Mr. Clarke has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Consumer Guide.
