Gould Speaks at Maine Trial Lawyers seminar on Closing Arguments

On October 8, Ed Gould was a presenter along with Maine Trial Lawyers President Walt McKee at an MTLA seminar on closing arguments. Ed told the viewers that there is little difference between the principles that apply to plaintiff or defense closings: a good closing is a good closing regardless of the side of the bar where you stand. Credibility is the key to any good closing.
