Ed Gould recently gave a presentation to Emergency Department physicians at Eastern Maine Medical Center regarding the workings of the Maine Medical Malpractice Screening Panel system.
After a recent six day trial in Penobscot County Superior Court in a case alleging medical malpractice by Eastern Maine Medical Center, Ed Gould secured a verdict in favor of the Hospital.
